Shipping policy
1. Processing & Production Times
- Ready-to-Ship Items: These are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Custom Embroidery Orders: Because each item is made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. This may be longer if digitizing is required.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or sales, production times may extend. We will post current turnaround times on our homepage.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your item sooner, you can select Priority or Express shipping at checkout. Note: Choosing faster shipping does not shorten the production time for custom items.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been stitched and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. International Shipping
- We currently ship to United States.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at gilded@gildedllc.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim.
6. Local Pickup
- If you are local to Sandpoint, Idaho, you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping costs. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.
